1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 99ab ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services available at https://99ab.im, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual games, promotional offers, and all associated payment and account management services.

By creating an account on 99ab, by depositing funds into your account, or by placing any wager on any game or event available on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 99ab platform.

99ab reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version that may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access real-money games, place bets, make deposits, or claim bonuses on 99ab, you must first register a personal account. Account registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform.

2.1 Age Eligibility

Registration using false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure. 99ab is not liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to provide accurate information.

2.4 KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete KYC identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document. Accepted documents include your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. We may request additional proof of address or proof of payment method at any point, including where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

2.5 Geographic Eligibility

99ab is a platform operated primarily for adult players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 99ab does not represent that its services are legally available in any specific jurisdiction other than where the platform is operated. Players accessing 99ab from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on 99ab — whether deposits, withdrawals, or fee-related adjustments — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. All amounts displayed on the platform are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

3.4 Transaction Integrity

All deposit and withdrawal activity on 99ab is monitored for compliance with our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Players must only deposit funds that belong to them and that originate from lawful sources. Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, or using the platform to transfer funds between payment instruments without genuine gaming activity, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities. 99ab cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies when required.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 99ab offers bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made available. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on 99ab unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by 99ab are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x means that the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in qualifying games before a withdrawal of those funds can be requested. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from bonus wagering do not count toward meeting wagering requirements.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are generally available to verified, active players who hold a single registered account on 99ab. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

99ab reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal exposure, exploiting an error or miscommunication in a promotion's terms, and any coordinated or organised attempt to profit from bonus offers without genuine gaming intent.

4.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds and free bets issued by 99ab carry an expiry date, which will be communicated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds not used or wagering requirements not completed within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the player's account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on 99ab — whether casino games powered by third-party providers or sports betting markets compiled by 99ab's pricing team — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

5.4 In-Play Betting

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 99ab, you agree at all times to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and legal action where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account on 99ab under any identity, email address, mobile number, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on 99ab.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately. Winnings obtained through an identifiable software error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer poker or any other game where collusion can affect outcomes.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 99ab account credentials to any third party.
• Using the 99ab platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in any conduct that threatens, harasses, or abuses 99ab staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access the 99ab platform or player accounts through unauthorised means, including hacking, phishing, or social engineering directed at 99ab staff.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

99ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence, suspicion, or reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment reversals, or identity fraud.
• Multi-accounting or creation of accounts by previously banned players.
• Underage gambling or falsification of age during registration or KYC verification.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month after the 12-month period, deducted from the remaining account balance.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or by a responsible gaming authority acting on the player's behalf.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 99ab reserves the right to retain the account balance as compensation for losses incurred by the platform as a result of the breach, subject to the specific nature and extent of the breach. Where an account is closed for administrative or non-breach reasons (such as inactivity or voluntary self-exclusion), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's primary payment method after the applicable review period.

Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any active responsible gaming self-exclusion applied before closure remains on record and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ab, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 99ab platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions in service that are beyond 99ab's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from system failure, cyberattack, or force majeure events.
• Bets voided due to data feed errors, event cancellations, or market settlement disputes.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners.
• Any decision taken by 99ab in good faith under these Terms, including account suspension, bet voiding, or bonus forfeiture decisions.

99ab does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, and external infrastructure issues may occasionally result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. 99ab will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where a jurisdiction does not permit certain limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages, the limitations above may not apply to you in full.

8.1 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of a dispute between a player and 99ab regarding any aspect of these Terms or the player's account, the dispute shall first be submitted to 99ab's customer support team for internal resolution. Players are encouraged to provide full written details of their complaint, including relevant account information, dates, and amounts. 99ab will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

8.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on 99ab, constitute the entire agreement between you and 99ab with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
